What we do together
A construction or infrastructure project produces documents faster than any team can read them: tenders, contracts, change orders, site minutes, inspection remarks and invoices. The work behind them repeats on every project. Collect the document, check it against the contract and the applicable standard, escalate what is unclear, record the decision, and retain the record. Agents run the repeating checks. The judgement calls stay with the project managers.
Change orders
Change and additional works notices are checked against the contract, whether AB 04 or ABT 06, and against the agreed rates. The ones that fall outside are flagged for the project manager.
Invoice control
Contractor invoices are matched against the contract, the agreed rates and the work recorded on site, and deviations are routed for review.
Site documentation
Minutes, inspection remarks and deviations are collected, classified and tracked to closure across meetings and project phases.
Climate and sustainability reporting
Material and energy data is collected from suppliers and assembled for the climate declaration a new building requires, and for the client's sustainability reporting.
