Algorithma
and Advisense
Agents for ESG supply chain compliance, built to the control framework Advisense defines.

The joint offering
What we do together
EUDR and PPWR cover different obligations. The workflow behind them is the same: define the scope, collect evidence from suppliers, validate that evidence against thresholds, escalate unclear cases, file the documentation, and retain the record. Four of those six stages are high volume and low judgement. Agents run those four. Scoping and escalation stay with people.
Supplier engagement
Agents contact suppliers in their own language and collect structured and unstructured evidence: declarations, test reports and material safety data sheets.
Validation against thresholds
Geolocation data, substance limits, test reports and recyclability figures are checked against the thresholds Advisense defines.
Escalation by design
Ambiguous, conflicting and high-risk cases route to a named person, with the reasoning and the source evidence attached.
Documentation and filing
The run produces auditable records, Declarations of Conformity and Due Diligence Statements for filing in TRACES NT.
Who does what
Advisense
- Interprets each regulation: obligations, scope and the evidence required
- Designs the guardrails, the control framework and the validation thresholds the agent applies
- Reviews output quality and supports audit readiness over time
Algorithma
- Builds and trains the agents on AOS
- Integrates them with ERP, PLM and supplier systems
- Operates, monitors and improves them after go-live
Value realisation
Where the value is
Re-use across regulations
The first regulation carries most of the cost of establishing the platform. Each regulation after it is configuration work on the same foundation.
Better use of people
The agent completes the routine cases end to end. People spend their time on the cases that need judgement.
Lower penalty and market access risk
PPWR fines apply per non-compliant product. EUDR can hold goods at the border. Automated checking applies the same threshold to every case.
Data as an asset
EUDR requires plot-level supply chain mapping. PPWR requires a full packaging material inventory. That dataset has value beyond the regulation that required it.
