The Challenge
Coor saw strong potential in AI but needed a way to scale its use across the organization without compromising on security, control, or integration with existing systems.
Key challenges included enabling AI adoption within a secure, firewall-protected environment, moving beyond isolated use cases to scalable implementation, and automating operational processes across different business areas.
Our Solution
Algorithma implemented a secure AI agent platform within Coor's infrastructure, enabling scalable deployment of AI agents across the organization.
The platform is built with an AI factory mindset, where reusable capabilities, tools, and integrations are continuously developed and reused across agents, increasing speed and reducing cost for future implementations.
On top of the platform, multiple agents were developed and deployed. The Invoice Support Agent automatically generates invoice documentation based on completed work, while the Service Request Agent receives fault reports and service requests and routes them into the correct systems.
This approach allows Coor to rapidly build, deploy, and scale new agents across business domains.
