We are building scalable, high-quality AI offerings that deliver real value to clients across industries. As part of this journey, we are expanding our Solution Architecture team. This team is part of the CTO organization and is client-facing, working in the space between business needs and delivery execution. We design future-proof architectures, guide enterprise clients through adoption of AI agents and automation, and make sure what gets built is both scalable and secure. This role is not about sitting behind the scenes writing slide decks. It is about sitting with clients, shaping solutions, and then working alongside delivery teams to bring them to life. Your Role

  • •Design and deliver AI agent solutions that integrate into enterprise environments.
  • •Architect and deploy scalable cloud-based systems (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • •Support the build-out of reusable frameworks, libraries, and knowledge systems.
  • •Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and scalability standards.
  • •Explore new LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and automation opportunities.
  • •Collaborate with delivery teams to bridge technical design and client needs.

About You

We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and levels of experience, from early-career technologists with strong potential to experienced architects. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, collaborate, and apply technology to solve client problems.

You bring some mix of the following:

  • •A minimum of two years' experience in a relevant role. More senior applicants are very welcome too.
  • •A master's degree in a relevant field is considered a plus but not required.
  • •Experience or strong interest in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
  • •Understanding of APIs, containerization, and CI/CD.
  • •Curiosity for solution design and system architecture.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
