What You Bring

•Solid understanding of data science methodologies, including data wrangling, analysis, and model building, likely gained through a degree in AI or a closely related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, from either consulting or industry.
•Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions for real-world problems.
•Sharp business acumen, with a knack for building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
•Project management expertise, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
•Inspiring leadership skills to motivate and guide a growing team.
•Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, to translate complex AI concepts for clients and colleagues.
•Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to build a successful consultancy.
•Swedish and English language skills are required.
•This role is based in our Stockholm office and requires on site work, either in our office or at our clients' premises.
