What You'll Do
- •Builds smart systems with smart tools - from prompt-chained agents to production-grade algorithms.
- •Translates business needs into scalable, functional, AI-native solutions.
- •Collaborates across strategy, product, and infrastructure.
- •Continuously contributes to our internal AI toolbox and development playbooks.
- •You'll stay curious, stay sharp, and stay ahead - because that's how we work here.
Who You Are
We're looking for teammates who:
- •Have 2–3 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI.
- •Are fluent in Python, and confident working with frameworks like FastAPI, LangChain, or similar.
- •Use AI as a core part of your development workflow — not just occasionally.
- •Are pragmatic, precise, and unfazed by ambiguity.
- •Are excited by the chance to work across industries and shape the future of enterprise tech.
Bonus if you…
- •Have shipped production AI systems.
- •Understand MLOps or LLMOps workflows.
- •Have a weird AI side project where the model does the heavy lifting.
- •Bring hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
